H1N1 CF EPIDEMIOLOGY STUDY


    USER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. When first accessing the system:
    1. Click on register.
    2. Enter the information required.
    3. Enter a password (this could be numerical or alfa-numerical, it is case sensitive, but there are no limits in the number of characters. We suggest to use no more than 7 characters).
    4. Once registered you are redirected to this page.
    5. To start you have to login.
  1. For further accesses just login with your username and password.
  2. Username and password cannot be changed.
  3. If you forget your password you should contact the call center.
  4. Whenever you wish you can enter data and modify them until the study is open.
  5. REMEMBER TO SAVE THE DATA EACH TIME YOU ENTER A NEW PATIENT.
  6. There are no automatic control functions. The data will be controlled manually at the end of the study.
  7. In case of doubts you will be contacted by the Principal investigator.
